To get started, download the credit application and save it to your computer before filling it out. For the best experience, open the form in a web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox. This helps make sure the fillable fields work correctly.
How to Complete Your Application
Please complete all required fields marked with an asterisk. The application includes:
- Company information
- Billing and shipping address
- Primary and accounts payable contact information
- Business entity type
- Credit amount requested
- Invoice delivery preference
- Sales tax status
- Bank reference
- Three trade references
- Authorized signature
If your company is tax exempt, please include your tax exempt certificate when submitting the completed application.
Submit Your Completed Form
Once your form is complete, save a copy for your records. Then send it one of two ways:
- Email it directly to your SITECH South sales rep
- Email it to our accounting team at ap@sitechsouth.com
Please include:
- Completed credit application
- Tax exempt certificate, if applicable
- Any supporting credit documentation
What Happens Next
After we receive your completed application, our team will review your information and follow up if anything else is needed. Providing complete company, contact, bank, and trade reference information helps us process your application faster.
