About the position:
At SITECH South, we help customers succeed through advanced site technology, backed by expert support and service. The objective of this position is to support the field sales team, customers, and operations with timely and professional communication, order processing, quote fulfillment, and renewal processing. This position is expected to contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering responsive and solution-oriented service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Communicate with customers through various channels including but not limited to - incoming calls, emails, in person and video conferencing
• Support customers by providing helpful information, and answering questions
• Develop as the “Go To” person for repeat customer commercial contacts
• Build quotes for standard products, parts and basic systems
• Liaison role between sales and operations to improve customer experience
• Be responsible for Extended Warranty and Subscription renewals
• Support CRM – input and maintain customer lists and quotations in Salesforce
• Administrate CMD lead system and distribute opportunities to the sales channel
• Support operations and manage customer expectations through expediting, lead time communication and follow up to gauge customer satisfaction
• Assist Operations team as needed with order fulfilment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Associate Degree/BA/BS from an accredited school or equivalent experience preferred.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful customer experience in a technical business preferred
- Construction application\technical knowledge a plus
Experience/Skill Requirements:
- Disciplined organizational and interpersonal skills, must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability

Job Title: Field Technician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused, responsible individual that, with high attention to detail, can independently troubleshoot, remove, install, replace, re-build, repair, & test 3D and 2D GPS and Laser Guidance Machine Control parts/equipment on construction and agriculture equipment at an advanced level while working in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with PPE requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties.
- Apprentice role in machine control and bench repair. May perform repair both in the field and in the shop.
- Pre-Installation checkout of machine control systems prior to going to the field (complete electrical system, software and bill-of-materials compliance checkout).
- Uses computers for troubleshooting, upgrading proprietary manufacturer’s software, firmware and networks.
- Uses manuals, repair manuals, parts manuals, parts diagrams to troubleshoot Trimble and associated vendors equipment.
- Uses hand & power tools to remove, install, replace, re-build, repair, & test parts/equipment on machine control technnology equipment.
- Uses electronic test instruments and computers to reprogram equipment controllers.
- Uses tools to disassemble/reassemble parts or equipment; cleans parts with rags, cleaners, power washer; uses test equipment to make diagnostic checks; and uses powered equipment or tools to make repairs.
- Climbs up onto, under, & into vehicles to gain access to all parts of vehicle.
- Physically moves items onto and/or off vehicle (control boxes, cables, sensors, receivers, masts, etc.) & then to move parts to locations for disassembly, repair, then back to the vehicle for reassembly.
- Assists in troubleshooting on electrical, electronic and hydraulic technology systems.
- Provide basic functional machine control guidance onsite training.
- Lift/carry and position components and parts into place.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in the construction or agriculture field is preferred.
Work Experience:
1+ years of work experience. Experience in construction and/or agriculture machinery where GPS and Laser guidance technology is preferred. Must be capable of learning guidance technology systems [i.e. GPS, Total Station Robotics, Computer Networks (e.g. CAN), etc.] for numerous model lines.
Physical:
Must be able to daily and repeatedly stoop, kneel, bend and climb beside, onto and underneath various equipment to perform diagnosis and repairs. Must be able to effectively see to perform repairs, research technical manuals, and develop written repair work order reports. Must be able to routinely and physically lift/position various parts to perform repairs/service and manually handle parts up to 100 pounds.
Other:
Must be able to effectively document repair activities on customer work orders. Must have cognitive reasoning and problem-solving skills to apply knowledge, written information and verbal instructions in repairing/servicing unusual and/or unknown technical equipment operational problems. You should have basic proficiency using P.C. base equipment and parts information and the ability to learn and use various diagnostic and troubleshooting software. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Field Activity:
Must be able to daily operate a service vehicle and drive for extended periods to reach customers locations. Must be able to effectively communicate using telephones and other electronic media to receive instructions and to provide service information. Must be able to effectively deal directly with customers at site locations in a professional manner.

Field activities require a valid state driver’s license (obtained within 30 days of hire a valid license within the state of SITECH South’s operation) AND possess a safe driving record, as outlined in the SITECH South’s Employee Handbook.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven UAS Sales Representative to join our growing team, focused on driving sales and expanding our market presence across Florida. The Regional Sales Representative reports directly to the Business Development Manager and is responsible for actively developing and growing the market by identifying and selling to both strategic customers, such as large construction contractors, and smaller-scale construction customers.
Duties include achieving quarterly and annual sales targets and growing SISO Air’s market share in the region. The Rep must be proficient in the use of Heavy Civil Construction Technology solutions and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction or related industries, plus 3 years in B2B sales, with a proven ability to prospect and drive sales growth. In addition, applicants should ideally have a degree in a technical and/or civil engineering, surveying, and/or a related business field.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accountable for the sales performance of the region, including the achievement of revenue and profit on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
· Manages regional expense budgets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
· Achieves regional revenue forecasts
